I came across this list a while back, totally forget where (either an enlightened wealth institute course or some other real estate resource)…and thought you all would benefit from it if you are negotiating short sales with banks.  Remember that you must have soooo much patience when calling these banks as they have hundreds of files to deal with right now and getting some cooperation will require you to understand the ‘other side’ who is a real person, paid a salary, who has too much work he/she can handle!
